Vanessa Ashcroft is an accomplished Australian artist working from her studio in the coastal village of Patonga

Vanessa is Director of Hunters Hill Art Gallery with vast experience in the Art World with many solo and group shows, selling over the years extensively to Singapore, UK, Canada, New Zealand and Amsterdam.

Working from her Patonga Studio in the Brisbane National Park her work is varied with works on paper, metal, mixed media, oils and polymer.

Vanessa has been a finalist in the Paddington Art Prize, Gosford Art Prize, Mt Eyre Art Prize and the Mosman Art Prize. An invited guest artist at the Packsaddle Art Exhibition and a finalist in the prestigious Norville Art Prize. A Group Show in South Korea presented by the Australian and Korean Government was a highlight including becoming a finalist in the KAAF Prize.

Tutoring at Ku-Ring-Gai Art Centre and Riverview Vanessa expresses her creativity and exploring different mediums with her students which flows to her solo and group shows creating interesting bodies of works.
